I’ve spent my career working inside real businesses — from corporate environments to family enterprise — contributing to their growth, operations, and long-term stability.
My experience spans finance, operations, distribution, systems creation, and team leadership across both corporate and entrepreneurial settings.
Over the years, I’ve helped build new divisions, develop operational processes, create internal systems, and support businesses through growth and transition. I have worked in professional office environments and satellite branches, gaining exposure to both strong and challenging work cultures.
One of the experiences I’m most proud of is being selected company-wide to participate in an executive mentoring program and mentored by the company’s President & CEO — an early recognition of my leadership and judgment.
Later, my husband and I relocated to build and operate a second distribution center for our family business. We handled every aspect of the operation ourselves — from leasing space and managing inventory to sales, collections, operations, logistics, systems and customer relationships. This hands-on experience grounded my understanding of what it truly takes to run and sustain a business.
In recent years, I’ve built and led a fully remote team and operational structure designed to run smoothly and independently, with systems and processes that continue to function long after being created.
That work — building something steady and sustainable — informs the way I support others now.
Today, I work privately with a small number of established business owners who value thoughtful guidance, clear thinking, and steady support as they lead their businesses forward.
My approach is calm, practical, and deeply respectful of the fact that it is your business and your life.
I do not impose models or offer generic advice. Instead, I offer a steady place to think, reflect, and discern what is right for you. Together, we bring clarity to decisions, direction, and next steps so that you can move forward with confidence.
Many capable leaders are surrounded by advice, input, and competing perspectives. What they rarely have is a private space to think clearly and hear themselves without pressure or expectation. Our conversations create that space — and from there, wise decisions follow.
Most of my work takes place in quiet, high-trust 1:1 advisory relationships with a small number of clients at any given time. If you feel this may be a fit, you are welcome to reach out.
